The domain name and the mobile application are collectively referred to as the “Website”.

You and vitashala are parties to a legal and enforceable contract with respect to these Terms of Use.

consumer goods, such as cosmetics, food products, private label products, and medical equipment, are
displayed, advertised, sold, and delivered.
2. You understand and agree that all commercial/contractual terms, with respect to the sale/ purchase/ delivery
and consumption of the Pharmaceutical Goods and Services are offered by and agreed to between You
and “Us”.
PRICING INFORMATION AND PAYMENT
The Company works hard to give You the most affordable pricing on the Products You Need from the Website.
These Terms provide information about the cost of purchasing Products from the Website.
1. All business conditions, including the cost, delivery, and dispatch of the Products and/or services, are governed by principal-to-principal bilateral contracts between the User and “Us”.
2. There are neither physical nor digital signatures necessary for this electronic record because a computer produces its system.
